the west coast created a pretty crazy situation in oregon. take a look at the story from kpic. you are looking at the river. the water is moving swiftly due to the heavy rain. look what is floating down that river. that is actually a boat dock along with several boats still attached. if you notice there is a man still standing on that dock. >> do you think he was just on the dock and it started floating? >> these were his boats. according to reports the man on the dock floating down this river is larry allen strain. >> you okay? good. >> is it sad that i find this completely hilarious. >> i think a lot of people find it funny but they have to figure out how to get this guy to safety. so crews from the fire district number 2 spring into action and they send out the rescue boat. when the rescue boat got out to

this dock larry strain did not want to get in. he wanted them to get a bigger boat. >> he is a real captain going down with his ship. >> this is something that he probably loves to death. >> authorities say strain was warned that he would be arrested if he didn't get into the rescue boat. he resisted getting in for so long that once he was rescued he was arrested and taken to the douglas county jail. he spent the night in jail and then posted according to the sheriffs department $40,000 bail to get oout. >> that is not your average resisting arrest. >> no word on where the boats are. >> i hear larry's boat has been

abandoned tiger cubs get a new dog mom. when it comes to mexico a lot of what we have seen on television and what we have read is bad news and we have seen a lot of negative images. which is why i am so excited to share with you this beautiful documentary. this documentary was written, produced and directed by dunkin richmond. he is a brit who wanted to

explore what mexico has to offer. so he went and for two years he captured all the different faces of mexico and just really took a good look at the diversity that exists within the country that so many people have no idea exists. >> it looks like it was commissioned by the mexican tourism board. >> you guys know i have a special place in my heart from mexico. i was born there and grew up there. i wanted to learn more so we have one of the artists and musicians featured in the documentary. what is the one thing you think people will find most shocking about the documentary? >> it is like a musical portrait of mexico. if you are nonmexican you will discover a whole new world that you never imagined. >> what is it most people think of mexico that is the biggest
